Dropped it off first thing in the morning, explained to the dealership that we would need the vehicle back in the event that they would need to order parts. Was assured that given the issue, we would get it back by the end of the day. An hour to closing time I decided to inquire about the status of our repairs. I was told that the only electrically certified Mopar mechanic had been tied up on another project and wasn’t able to get to it until just then (an hour before close at the dealership). Now I’m a pretty patient guy when it comes to complications, but the fact that we received no updates from the dealership and we’re left without a vehicle for the next day, tested my aforementioned patience and understanding. To further add to my discontent, they said that they were not able to find anything wrong with the vehicle could not replicate the issue. The whole process was a pain in the rump and my wife and I felt like less than a priority. Even after all the grief they still charged us $120 and gave us the impression that they did us a favor and could have charged us a lot more. We were never able to speak to a manager as he was always “on the phone” or “out of the office.” We will not be doing any future business with Advantage Dodge. Buyer beware once you sign and leave the lot, judging from the way they treated us; repeat business is not one of their goals as a dealership. More
