Purchased a used suburban, sight unseen and mislead of actual events about vehicle not being at dealership. We were in a bind as our vehicle was totaled in an accident. Upon delivery of the suburban there was a service suspension system code. We were told to check back after the 30 day for warranty claim. Two days later the DVD player worked intermittently. Covid stuck and closed their shop with the service light still active with the detective DVD player. Shop finally opens up and needs to go to a Chevy dealership for diagnosis and needs new shocks. Advantage is in process of replacing the shocks and says they refuse to make it right with the DVD player as it costs them 1400 for a new player... The GM never mentioned to his boss about the faulty DVD player so we will escalate this issue to his boss. So glad we put 2K down only to sink more into it. More
