I waited for the recall over a year, then scheduled an appointment and my truck sat there for 5 days with them doing nothing. They admitted they dropped the ball. Bad service department On 25 May 2017 I had an appointment to have my 2017 Pacifica looked at for a problem with the the drive train. IT would bind up and require a fair amo On 25 May 2017 I had an appointment to have my 2017 Pacifica looked at for a problem with the the drive train. IT would bind up and require a fair amount of pressure on the gas pedal to make it move. I asked to have the technician come and get me as I was waiting for the car and also so I could show him the problem. 4 hours later they finally came to the lounge and told me they could not find the problem. The car sat in the same spot and not worked on for more than 3 hours. The drive train now clicks and jerks when I try to take off. I'm going to wait until it's ready to fall apart and then see if they can find the problem. I can not recommend the dealer any more and this will be the last Chrysler product I buy. More
