Bad service department On 25 May 2017 I had an appointment to have my 2017 Pacifica looked at for a problem with the the drive train. IT would bind up and require a fair amo On 25 May 2017 I had an appointment to have my 2017 Pacifica looked at for a problem with the the drive train. IT would bind up and require a fair amount of pressure on the gas pedal to make it move. I asked to have the technician come and get me as I was waiting for the car and also so I could show him the problem. 4 hours later they finally came to the lounge and told me they could not find the problem. The car sat in the same spot and not worked on for more than 3 hours. The drive train now clicks and jerks when I try to take off. I'm going to wait until it's ready to fall apart and then see if they can find the problem. I can not recommend the dealer any more and this will be the last Chrysler product I buy. More

THATS NOT MY xxxx PROBLEM. Now my pregnant wife and I have to drive 20 miles to get a oil change from a other dealership. Service Sucks I bought 3 used vehicles from this dealer in one day, sales staff was great but when it came time for service nothing but problems. When I bought the I bought 3 used vehicles from this dealer in one day, sales staff was great but when it came time for service nothing but problems. When I bought the cars I would have thought that they would be in good working order and that nothing would happen in the near future...wrong. I took one car in for routine oil change and mentioned some items that needed attention from the pur chase and the service manager noted it and said the next time we bring car in he would schedule the repairs. When that time came, he told me it was out of warranty by 8 miles and that it would need brakes. No previous mention of brakes before and now not covering the repairs that were noted, are you kidding. He (Bobby) was rude and condescending to me as I am a woman, and he was just down right nasty. He told me that it isn't his job to point out every time the car is serviced what is wrong with it, ummm yes it is! He wouldn't call me back only would talk to my husband. They refused to do any work that they promised and I would think customer loyalty would overlook 8 miles. Guess not, I will never take a car back to this dealer nor will I ever recommend anyone else to do so. More

Besides not knowing their xxx from their elbow and just winging what might be wrong with your car for an $105 diagnostic fee, they lack people and customer service skills. i will never buy a car here again because I do not want to deal with their Service Dept. I wouldn't trust them to put a battery in a flashlight. More
A Nightmare in Service Department After speaking with service representative (Dana) an explaining what had just occurred with my Chrysler van I had my van towed in to service dept. th After speaking with service representative (Dana) an explaining what had just occurred with my Chrysler van I had my van towed in to service dept. that same day. I was told what was needed to make it work again and that it take 2 days at most. This turned into over a month in which other things that were working in my van now didn't work. I would call to get an update and service rep wouldn't be available and I wouldn't get a call back. I had to go there a few times to get answers. I agreed to another part being put in even tough I believe this was damaged by the mechanics there while they worked on it. I just wanted my van back. I had taken my van back twice after being told that it was fixed but had to return it the same day since it wasn't. I decided to speak with (Don) Service Manager to explain what I was going thru, he was very condescending, patronizing and being a passive bully. He let me know that he thought that I was trying to string them and that I wanted the things that were not working in my van fixed even though they were not working before. I explained to him that everything was working in my van other that which I brought it in for and now they were not. I wasn't trying to get over or get anything for free. I already had paid over 1800 and just wanted the things that were working, working , as I was told it would be. He proceeded to raise his voice, he was yelling at me and told me that my (Chrysler) van was a piece of xxxx and that his mechanics couldn't do this service. I love my van, it was running fine, my gauges, signal lights, headlight, radio all were working fine, had the transmission rebuilt a year ago. I wouldn't have decided to spend an outrageous amount on labor if it wasn't worth it , as in spending over $600 on labor for a $26 part. I took it to Chrysler as I believed it was the best place to take my Chrysler for the best service and repair on one of its own and instead I got the worst service and disrespect. The stress and struggle during this time was very real and it continues to be as I'm waiting for a response from GM whom I spoke with. More

We were not greeted when we walked in the parking lot but that's something that is an easy fix. Anyway, I would say this is the greatest dealership I have ever been to. Especially Lori Riedel. She is three weeks into the job but she is still learning. She is the most sweetest lady ever! She doesn't try to pressure you into anything, she is HONEST and REAL. I would highly recommend her and a lady named Ty. They are both really sweet. Don't get me wrong the whole staff there is the same way so again come get you a new car at this Mount Dora location. You will not be disappointed. More
