Disappointing Just a bad experience. Brought in for accessory installation. Wasn't done adequate and car was damaged. 20 days later was told to bring in for repair Just a bad experience. Brought in for accessory installation. Wasn't done adequate and car was damaged. 20 days later was told to bring in for repair to damage caused by accessory install. Also to Install other accessories. 4 or 5 days later I'm told car is ready. Wrong accessory was put on even though I had the right one in car when dropped off. On 7th day told car is ready. Notice on damage repair clear coat was runny. 2 days later told I can go to body shop and see if ok. I take car home but notice other accessory doesn't look right, adhesive strip is showing which tells me it's not totally adhered to car body, 10 day I bring this to Lori's attention. She tells me she will talk to Joe and get back to me on Mon. This was Friday the 17th. I'm still waiting for Lori to get back to me going on 9 days now. Aug, 26 in a few minutes. I'm not asking for the moon and it cost me$200 + tax to get my car damaged, and not getting a job done proper as well as resolving my issues that I didn't cause. Very disappointed as well as aggravated by this whole chain of events More

My wait time was minimal and the transaction afterwards was quick and easy. More

Experience at Bay Ridge Chevrolet I took my Pontiac Grand Am to get serviced. Worked with Peter in service and was very pleased. At the initial service meeting, he gave me an estimate as to the price and a schedule. Due to the amount of work that had to be done, I knew that it was going to take more than one day. He called everyday with an update of the work, the cost, and when it would be done. It was done when promised at the price he gave me. My car was washed when I picked it up. It was a pleasure, and the price was comparable to the local guy I was using (he wasn't great, but he was local). Everyone was professional and courteous. And, the showroom was really nice. I went on the hottest day to pick up my car and the showroom AC was great! I would definitely go back for service, and when I'm ready to give my old car a break and get a new one, I would definitely be in this showroom! More

Happy they're back When I purchased my cruze back in November I knew that even as gently used as she was, she'd need maintenance. The dealership was still under construc When I purchased my cruze back in November I knew that even as gently used as she was, she'd need maintenance. The dealership was still under construction a d nobody knew when it was opening. So, I have a friend who worked in a garage, they did some work for me at a decent price in December. When I had another problem in January, they said they couldn't help and referred me elsewhere. The 2nd shop was ok too, had no issues after. Once I saw movement in the building and started seeing floor models come in around early June, I called and asked about service. I was planning a long road trip and wanted to make sure I was good to go. Peter, the service manager made the appointment, greeted me when i arrived and we went over things. I had full diagnostics done, found I needed minor fixes and had everything done. My car was ready for pick up that same afternoon! If you have a Chevy, absolutely come here for service. I found pricing fair. People say sometimes dealerships charge more. I didnt see it and if so, that's fine by me. I'd rather pay extra and know i have the better trained techs for my car and the work is guaranteed than take a chance somewhere and not be covered. More
