He explained what work would be performed and how long it would take. my extended warranty contract paid for the work. Work was done in a timely manner, great waiting room area. Very Disappointed! I was emailed by the sales manager and I reported my concerns. I was told he was forwarding to service manager to follow up with me several days ago a I was emailed by the sales manager and I reported my concerns. I was told he was forwarding to service manager to follow up with me several days ago and I never heard back from anyone which spoke volumes of how the business is run. My issues began with my arrival. I had made a appointment online. When I arrived I was told it would take 1 1/2hrs for oil change?!? When I questioned this Since I had a appointment I was told the system “sucks” and that it doesn’t block out time slots when others make schedule at same time so this backs up service department. I was then told my oil change would be $120. I explained that my car holds six qts of oil and this was $69.95 online. I was told the system reads $120 for my vehicle. I explained thatbwas threbprice for eight qts of oil and my vehicle didn’t require this. After further discussion and me stating I would walk out they finally adjusted the price knowing my vehicle did not take eight quarts. During this process I was told that my free oil change from Chevy expired 300 miles ago after purchasing our new vehicle and there was nothing they could do for me because there is no flexibility on these offers I thought this was poor customer service and not what I would expect from Chevy after handing them $30k cash for a new vehicle but it was evident this facility did not want my future business and after not hearing back from the service manager after I communicated with sales manager I was done. Very disappointing! More
