Horrible customer service. They do not care about your problems or concerns with your vehicle. Went in for an oil change. They left oil filter leaking. Had to bring back. Next oil change I was receiving low oil light add oil notifications on car 1300 miles before I was supposed to get another oil change. I told Patrick this and he was not at all concerned about checking if oil was low. Just told me they'll do an oil change, using one of my free oil changes, and if it happens again they'll do an oil consumption test even after I just got done telling him that oil was leaking because they left the filter loose last oil change and maybe they didn't top it off. They should have comped this oil change and let me keep my free oil change. Another problem I had was my Aeroskin hood protector I bought from them when I purchased the car in 2021. I paid when I purchased car in 2021 and never heard from them again about it. So in late 2022 they finally found it and installed it. They installed it improperly and it was loose/coming off on one side. While driving on highway one day it started flapping against hood super hard and snapped off on passenger side. During oil change when they left the filter loose they told me they'd look into a new one and let me know if they can get it and install a new one. Never heard from them. So this oil change I informed Patrick and again he didn't really seem concerned and simply checked on when I had it installed and told me the 1 year warranty was up and they aren't covering it even tho it's been two oil changes since I brought it up to them and the year wasn't up then in 2023. The only reason the hood protector would come off is if it was installed improperly. They didn't clean and prep surface good enough to get a good stick. I then proceeded to ask well ok if I order another one would you guys at least waive the installation fee and he told me he has to check with his manager and get back to me in the morning. So he called me the next morning to tell me they can't help me out. Overall a horrible dealership with an even worse service department. You can keep your $100 dollar oil changes and your $200 dollar hood protector and when it comes time to buy another 80k car I'll be going somewhere else. Car wash at this dealer is absolutely garbage as well. Drive thru wash and they dry it with a piece of sand paper. Do yourself a favor and decline wash after service. These people should remember why they have a job. The customers. And when you treat the customers like they're just another number and you don't take care of them when YOU mess up. You don't deserve their business. More

I'm not sure how I feel about this service center. I think they are exceedingly expensive, and I believe that something was done to my car's engine during the first repair which caused me to need thou I think they are exceedingly expensive, and I believe that something was done to my car's engine during the first repair which caused me to need thousands more in repairs that needed to be done within a couple of months (and with not much driving having been done in the car). Otherwise, they are nice. They have a good business model in that the tech does a video of his inspection. They are good with the message notifications as well More
