Bad experience all around. Would not go back. Slow service, rent a car because they are to slow, over charge without telling me, didn't grease the chassis in the truck, didn't fill the def, hun cap fe service, rent a car because they are to slow, over charge without telling me, didn't grease the chassis in the truck, didn't fill the def, hun cap fell of the way home because they didn't put it on right. An of course service manager can bring himself to call back and do anything to make it right. Called back the first time and now is radio silent. I like the branch in romeoville, but Hodgkins is not worth your time. When every other dealer does a list of things to my truck and advantage hodgkins spends there time telling me they don't or won't do those things. Stay away! More

Not great. Still waiting to hear back about my transmission problems and inadvertent collision alarm warning issues. Brought my new Colorado in with less than 2,800 miles. After they pulled it int transmission problems and inadvertent collision alarm warning issues. Brought my new Colorado in with less than 2,800 miles. After they pulled it into a service bay I watched my wipers dragging across a dry windshield for 20 minutes and finally got their attention to turn them off. After and hour or so they said the transmission (which was up and downshifting while cruising because it couldn't seam to find a gear it liked) was likely still "learning" but would get back to me with a solution via a pending programming update from GM. On Nov. 2, I sent a reminder to Robert and reported a longer delay then a slip in shifting from 1st into 2nd. It was like going from 1st to neutral, then it finally went into 2nd hard. On the way into work this morning the collision warning went off twice again with no one in front of me. It has been another couple of days and I still don't have a response back from Robert. Follow up is lacking and poor. I may have to take it to another dealer. More

Face masks should be worn at all times as a protection to employees and customers. A plastic barrier does not replace wearing a mask. During the time I was waiting for my vehicle to be serviced no one cleaned the waiting area. That was over an hour. I’m very disappointed in this dealership. I would have been better off going to Jiffy Lube. It’s clear that the staff in the service department and cashier do not care about the safety of those around them. More
