Firstly, they got my name wrong. I’ve asked for it to be corrected and Edwin said that they will. It’s been days, I still get called by the wrong name. Secondly, the first time I went to the dealer they did corrected and Edwin said that they will. It’s been days, I still get called by the wrong name. Secondly, the first time I went to the dealer they did a video of the inspection. They were suppose to do another video this current visit, but that didn’t happen. The whole time I was there they didn’t notify me about any progress. After being there two hours Edwin found me and told me that the work has been completed. I’ve signed a paper and I was on the way out. On my copy is was noted whatever has been done. No proof of inspection, no video shown. I got back in the dealership and they gave me a paper showing the inspection and regarding the video, they said they will make one for me. After waiting there 2 hours without anybody saying anything to me regarding what was happening, who would stay longer just to redo something that it was supposed to be done. Lastly, they asked me about the tires. This was the first thing that they mentioned. Edwin said that they need to be replaced, because they marked it down in the first visit to the service. That was 4000 miles ago. Since I bought the car from this dealer, I’ve put 9000 miles on it (it wasn’t a new car, but still). So the first visit they said to me that the tires were okay, second visit, the first thing they ask is if I replaced the tires. Again, I’ve had the car for 5000 miles, nobody said anything about the tires the first time and then they bring it up at the second visit. You think for yourself what this is. To summarize everything, I want to mention that I am not happy with the service I’ve received. I am not even confident that the mechanic did his job and at the same time, I’ve need ignored. By all means I don’t need attention but I do expect a well done job. Total lack of professionalism and customer service. More
