It was an absolute pleasure dealing with this dealership I would strongly recommend going here if you're looking to buy a car or service ... my service lady Jennifer was a complete sweetheart to deal with this woman went way out of her way to please me she... she had rentals ready to go for me when I have to leave my car twice for service I wad in and out woththin 10 mins max ... she made coming to their a great experience... Jen was a great service witter hawk Chevy should feel so lucky to have this lady on their staff .. I honestly can't but into words how wonderful this lady was too bad the stars only go up to 5 I would have given her 100 stars .. she called to keep me updated on my car.. she really was a great person who cares about the customer and would highly recommend going though her if you need service ... HAWK knows the true meaning of great customer service!!! I've chosen to give HAWK CHEVY a 5-star rating for several reasons. They were very pleasant over the phone in scheduling my service appointment for th I've chosen to give HAWK CHEVY a 5-star rating for several reasons. They were very pleasant over the phone in scheduling my service appointment for the very next day at 7:30am. They informed me, that there would be no out-of-pocket charge, due to the work being covered under my extended powertrain warranty!!! They dropped me off at home while work performed. And picked me back up. My car was ready by noon!!! AWESOME experience. Keep of the good work HAWK!!! More

Hawk Chevrolet in Bridgeview has an awesome service center Hawk Chrevrolet has an awesome service center. I've had several of my vehicles serviced here and it's always a job well done. Great service Arrived for my scheduled appointment, all my information taken. I informed the service manager that I was going to have my breakfast and then return. Arrived for my scheduled appointment, all my information taken. I informed the service manager that I was going to have my breakfast and then return. After I had my breakfast, I returned and as soon as I walked in the service technician entered with my keys saying it was fixed. He explained why my issue happened and how it was repaired.
