i purchased a 2010 express van on sat 5/7/11 i traded in 2008 hhr super sport with 7500 miles like new because i needed a truck for my bus.i have bought several cars there when it was rizza and was very sat 2008 hhr super sport with 7500 miles like new because i needed a truck for my bus.i have bought several cars there when it was rizza and was very satisfied.i wa told this truck was in good shape only 49000 miles,well to my surprise i bought someelses problem truck.the same day i got it iwas back at the dealer with a problem,service engine charging system came up on the dash.i took it in and they tested it and said it was just a low battery.ok i took it home and loaded it with my tools for work i do hvac.monday morning i was on my way to a call and the truck would not go over 20 mph so i looked at the dash it said engine down on power so i shut it off and waited started it back up and after a little way it did it again so i went back to the dealer they tested it and did not find the problem that said they made a guess and shoed me the histroy of the truck well i was shocked it had been in several times with the previous owner with the same problem they kept on rplacing parts.in my opinion that truck should not of been put up for sale knowing that.so i left hoping his guess would work and guess what 4 or 5 hours later that message service engine charging system came up again i called they said bring it back in i get there and they tell i will have to come back the next day because they did not have anybody that could look at it.now why tell me to bring it in and then tell me come back the next day i lost about 3 calls just today over this and how many will i lose tommorrow i am not rich god knows what i lost because of this More

Over all things went well. I understood we would have the gas tank filled in our new used vehicle. After waiting a short period of time, I noticed the gas tank was filled at LESS than 1/8th of a tank. On the gas tank filled in our new used vehicle. After waiting a short period of time, I noticed the gas tank was filled at LESS than 1/8th of a tank. On the way home, we stopped & put 18.26 gal of gas in our new usede vehicle. I was very disappointed that the amt of gas that was put in our tank (after waiting for more then 15 minutes)... was < 1/8 of fule tank. We could have done this ourself & been out of the dealership earlier. Why I was disappointed. I was mis lead that Gas tank would be filled. More

From the moment we stepped on the lot, John Schroeder was very helpful. He took care of us right away, answered all of our questions and didn't rush us. I had a 2008 Ford F-350, I was tired of the constint breakdowns, and repair bills were adding up. Wanted a dependable truck that was heavy duty and safe for the family. I wanted the most loaded 2011 S breakdowns, and repair bills were adding up. Wanted a dependable truck that was heavy duty and safe for the family. I wanted the most loaded 2011 Silverado 350 dually that could be found and I wanted to purchase from a local dealer. My local dealership told me they do not bring in or trade this size vehicle with other dealerships. Hawk Chevy is 30 minutes away and had no problem locating the vehicle I wanted. Hawk Chevy went out of state to pick up the truck I wanted and delivered it the next day. The truck is beautiful runs perfect. It is used daily as a family vehicle and hauls a gooseneck 5th wheel trailer. Everyone at the dealership was extremely polite. I was greated in the parking lot and was introoduced to both the sales manager as well as finance manager. The sale was handled quickly, no negotiations were necessary - "The Price Was Right!"
