We have purchases quite a few cars from this dealer when they were Rizza Chevy. The only reason we came back since they became Hawk Chevy was because of the service we recieved from Sean Cuellar. After visiting the Auto show this passed fall, I really was impressed with the Chevy Equinox new look. Which lead to doing my research on line and looking at newspaper ads. My friend knew Sean Cueller Sales Consultant from him visiting her restaurant which is across the street from Hawk Chevy. She mentioned to him that I as interested in the Equinox and he gave her his phone number and she gave it to me. I quickly gave Sean a call and he was very knowledgeable on the Car that I was looking for and even emailed car stats and pictures to me. This made me feel that this is the dealership I wanted to give my business to. I Gave Sean a call on Saturday 5/14 and the rest was history. Sean answered his phone and was very pleasant and easy going, and was not a presssure salesperson this was what I liked about him. i purchased a 2010 express van on sat 5/7/11 i traded in 2008 hhr super sport with 7500 miles like new because i needed a truck for my bus.i have bought several cars there when it was rizza and was very sat 2008 hhr super sport with 7500 miles like new because i needed a truck for my bus.i have bought several cars there when it was rizza and was very satisfied.i wa told this truck was in good shape only 49000 miles,well to my surprise i bought someelses problem truck.the same day i got it iwas back at the dealer with a problem,service engine charging system came up on the dash.i took it in and they tested it and said it was just a low battery.ok i took it home and loaded it with my tools for work i do hvac.monday morning i was on my way to a call and the truck would not go over 20 mph so i looked at the dash it said engine down on power so i shut it off and waited started it back up and after a little way it did it again so i went back to the dealer they tested it and did not find the problem that said they made a guess and shoed me the histroy of the truck well i was shocked it had been in several times with the previous owner with the same problem they kept on rplacing parts.in my opinion that truck should not of been put up for sale knowing that.so i left hoping his guess would work and guess what 4 or 5 hours later that message service engine charging system came up again i called they said bring it back in i get there and they tell i will have to come back the next day because they did not have anybody that could look at it.now why tell me to bring it in and then tell me come back the next day i lost about 3 calls just today over this and how many will i lose tommorrow i am not rich god knows what i lost because of this More
