He was personable, conscientious, respectful, knowledgeable, and really listened to what we had to say. He is an amazing and genuine young man who is a joy to work with. Art is trustworthy and respectful of his customers. Both Edyta and Forrest are knowledge, personable, and very patient with two people who asked a lot of questions about the vehicle's technology and financing, respectively. Dixie was my internet contact and she introduced herself to us when we were at Hawk. That thoughtful gesture was another example of how much Hawk Chevy employees appreciate, respect, and value their customers. I arrived early, & the staff acknowledged me as soon as I pulled in. Tom was kind and reminded me to get additional items taken care of (Cabin Filter). And even though I didn't budget for other service work and would need to come back next week, Tom also told me about the discount they are promoting for my Cabin Filter to be replaced.
