Hawk Chevy Service Review I have had the pleasure of visiting the service department at Hawk Chevy, Bridgeview Il to resolve an issue pertaining to the TPMS Sensors (4) on my 2 I have had the pleasure of visiting the service department at Hawk Chevy, Bridgeview Il to resolve an issue pertaining to the TPMS Sensors (4) on my 2016 Chevrolet Cruze. As it turned out it required three (3) service visits under the warranty program to resolve the problem. Even though I a "Warranty Customer", at no time did any of the service personnel treat me with anything less than in a cheerful, competent and courteous manner. Additionally the staff took time to review the service history of my vehicle and remind me of upcoming service milestones. In summary, I am extremely satisfied with "My dealer's" service department and will unhesitatingly trust them to service my vehicle. More

I’ll never go back to this dealer A little over a year ago, I made an appointment for service. I knew I was getting close to the expiration of my “free” oil changes. I asked the lady t A little over a year ago, I made an appointment for service. I knew I was getting close to the expiration of my “free” oil changes. I asked the lady to double check to make sure I was within the time frame. She assured me I was. When I arrived at the dealer, I was told that I missed it by 3 days. I got in my car and left for another dealer. As I was leaving the serviceman told me I would not find the service at the same or better price. I did! The dealer sent me a birthday card with a coupon worth $20.00 off on service work. They refused to accept the coupon. This dealership screwed me twice! They will not have a chance to do it a third time. I will never return to their dealership for service or a new vehicle. More
