I have never had bad service at Advantage, until this last time. I brought my car in for a simple oil change. My appointment was at 1:45pm. Jimmy was my service advisor. After telling him that I have a 1 last time. I brought my car in for a simple oil change. My appointment was at 1:45pm. Jimmy was my service advisor. After telling him that I have a 1:45pm appointment for an oil change, and giving him my name, he entered my info in his computer, and then asked me what time my appointment was, like I either didn't have an appointment or the time was wrong. I responded with 1:45? Isn't that what your computer shows? He said yes. I got the service text stating if I need anything to text back at that number. After waiting over an hour, I finally texted Jimmy asking when my car would be done. I also explained I never received my service video confirming all was good with my car. Jimmy called me. He said he was sorry that I did not receive the video. I asked if everything was good with my car? He said that if it wasn't the tech would have told him, so he guesses everything was good. He then said my car was done and that he tried to find me to let me know but couldn't find me. I was sitting out front on the patio furniture. He didn't have me paged, text me, or call me to let me know my car was done. I don't even know how long my car had been done for. I love dealing with Samantha, but I would rather not work with Jimmy again. More

I have been to several dealerships and hands down this is the best experience with a service department I have ever had. They got me in and out the same day. I went in for a routine oil change. Waited 3 hours for them to tell me I had a major oil leak and that it was a big job but they would fix it. They had my car for a week so I figured ev Waited 3 hours for them to tell me I had a major oil leak and that it was a big job but they would fix it. They had my car for a week so I figured everything would’ve been taken care of. Not long after I picked it up I noticed it was driving worse than before I dropped it off. Not even 2 weeks later a message pops up on my dash saying reduced engine power along with a burning oil smell coming from my engine. Brought it back in to wait another 3 hours for Chad to tell me I had ANOTHER oil leak. He said he wasn’t sure if it’s from what they fixed or something else so they added a quart of oil along with dye to see where it was coming from and to come back after driving 200 miles. Funny thing was they said the oil leak is coming from the same spot they fixed. Needless to say I felt something wasnt right and took my car to the dealership I bought my car at and showed them the paperwork to find out advantage Chevy did NOT fix my car properly and instead caused more damage. Along with making up things on the customer receipt that made absolutely no sense to my dealership. Advantage chevy should be ashamed of themselves for stating they fixed the issues with my car while actually causing more damage to it. More
