I needed to have my brakes inspected. So I called for an appointment and was given one in a timeframe convenient to me. I went to the appointment and I was met with courtesy and professionalism. The work was done quickly and to my satisfaction. Now you might say "well that is what you should expect, what's the big deal". The big deal is Melissa went out of her way to make sure I got the appointment time I needed and she was friendly about it. Lukas made sure that I got my car back in the timeframe I needed it since I was in a time crunch. Miguel the shuttle driver both ways to and from my house and we had a friendly conversation, not one of those awkward rides. My point is I take my car to Advantage Chevrolet of Bolingbrook not only for the quality service I expect but for the welcoming and friendly way in which it is provided. Thank folks you are the best. This is the SECOND time my fluids were not checked when getting an oil change. When this time I specifically asked them to make sure they check my windshield washer fluid (which I shouldn’t have to do this getting an oil change.
