Car came in for a after warranty factory notice. The service department also did a free inspection and noted that the needed replacement which I appreciated. I wanted to have it done by you and you quot service department also did a free inspection and noted that the needed replacement which I appreciated. I did not feel it was reasonable and I would have you do jt if it was around $150, even though I knew could purchase a battery for about $100 and intall it myself (which I did). I was willing to pay a premium and have you do it because of the way I was treated by your service department.
