I have an unresolved service issue. Since my warranty mileage was entered incorrectly by an Advantage associate, I was told by the service team I had to fix it elsewhere. Paid out of pocket, and after fi mileage was entered incorrectly by an Advantage associate, I was told by the service team I had to fix it elsewhere. Paid out of pocket, and after finding out on my own the mileage was less and the truck is in warranty- now I am owed money from the covered repair. I am waiting for over 4 months since April to have the dealer reimburse me. It really concerns me how often I need to ask for the refund and it’s owed to me. I have that in writing! More
