Let me preface this by stating that I would rather walk into a dentist office than a car dealership........at least until I found Advantage. After receiving an internet price from Jim that was too good to ignore (and then a follow-up email telling me I was entitled to an additional discount) I just had to make a trip down for a test drive. When I arrived I met with Jim whom was a pleasure to speak with. As others have mentioned, he makes you feel like you are an old friend. Advantage sure picked the right guy for THAT position....Customer Relations Manager! After a brief introduction Jim turned me over to Alvi (the 2010 Advantage Salesman of the Year) and a super individual to boot. He was very cordial, easy going and made me feel very comfortable. He explained everything I needed to know and answered all my questions regarding the Cruze I was interested in. After some negotiations with Walter on my trade-in we arrived at a price I was happy with and the paperwork was signed. This has been one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I have ever had but hopefully will NOT be my last experience with Advantage. Thanks guys...you are all Aces in my book! He let us take our time and explained things as we looked very well. I fell in love with the Siverado and later that evening we test drove a couple different models. When we talked money and the incentives that were offered I could not resist. Not long after that I had the keys to my new vehicle.
