My husband's old beat up Excursion, decided to break down right in front of the dealership. It was as if it knew where to go. We had been to Advantage to look many times but never made a purchase. The first thought was to have AAA tow it and fix it, but they refused to pick it up unless we could prove we did not owe any money on it, because it was sitting at a dealership. The truck was so upside down in the financing, I didn't think we would be able to trade, but there were some good deals and rebates, so we decided to see of we could trade for a new truck with a warranty. I was first surprised that they would even take our truck, as it sat there on their lot with no brakes. Even with rebates, there was not enough to make up the negative equity in our truck. I really did not want to trade my car as I had a ton of equity and it was almost paid off, but I was wanting something more sporty. These guys worked a miracle. They were able to use the equity, rebates, etc, to get us out of the mess we were in with the Excursion, by using the equity in my car. We were able to purchase a NEW truck for my husband and a sporty NEW Camaro for me. With the overall monthly cost of the two older vehicles vs the two new ones the cost is about the same, we have better interest rates and our out of pocket was about the same as it would have cost to fix the Excursion. The cars have incredible warranties, so the stress of wondering how to get out of the upside down mess and never knowing when a repair was going to come up when you least expect it are gone. My husband has peace of mind and a truck that he loves and I have a car that I love, instead of a car that I just keep because it had equity and was almost paid off, but I hated it. I will be sending everybody I know to Advantage Chevrolet, these guys work car miracles. More

I was in the market for a used car a few years ago and I went because they had a great price on a car that I was considering. I scheduled an appointment with Charlie and went to check out the car. The car was waiting for me when I showed up, we went on a test drive, and signed some papers. Charlie from begining to end was very friendly and yet a straight shooter when I asked questions. Not once did I ever feel an ounce of pressure of the "buy now or it may be gone tomorrow". I was already approved through my bank for the car but, Advantage was able to beat the rate that I was given from the bank. I have been back since then, just browsing, possibly looking for a pick up, a salesman greeted me and I said I was possibly thinking of getting a truck. He pointed out a few things about the trucks and told me he'd let me browse around and if I had any further questions he'd be inside. NO PRESSURE AT ALL! I didnt end up purchasing a truck but the fact that I dont feel like I need to buy the minute I step on a car lot, means alot. The service dept. has great specials ranging from $9.99 oil changes to tires and brakes. I have been in and they have pointed out a few preventitive maintenance issues that I did not need to do right away and when I told them not now, they left it at that. I have never had such a wonderful car shopping experience than I have with Advantage. They have a customer for life! More
Chuck went above and beyond any other car salesperson I have ever had before; he made buying a truck a fun experience! He was sure that I was happy with the truck, price, and answered any questions that I have ever had before; he made buying a truck a fun experience! He also spend time helping me get comfortable with the functions of new truck(radio, vehicle information system, OnStar, etc.)I didnt feel pressured at any time from Chuck which was great instead he focused on my needs and wants for a vehicle. At the time of financing I was glad that it didnt take a long time. At that point, no one wants to spend another hour signing papers after they have spent hours test driving and deciding on what truck to purchase. Chuck is a great asset to your dealership because of his personality and friendliness as well as product knowledge and willingness to find the customer just the right vehicle for their needs. More

Khaalis Alexander's quick pre-approval and great rate got me into their store three days after I made the decision to buy. Charlie Watson, my salesman was great and very patient as I wandered from Cruze to Cruze trying to pick a color. I couldn't have asked for a better experience purchasing my first car. More

We really did want to do business again with Freddy and Advantage as our past experience was so positive. Freddy was as personable and knowledgeable as the last time we vistied and before we were finished we were the happy owners of a 2013 Chevrolet Malibu Eco.
