The internet manager, Jim Galbraith, was awesome in answering all our questions about said truck via email before we made the drive over. Once there, John Montgomery handled the sale and he was terrific as well. The treatment we received during the sale was outstanding and they made sure the truck was ready to go for the drive back to South Bend. Working out a deal on a new truck, was $500.00 off the price that I wanted, I came down $250.00 on the price but he would not give in on his side. Loss of a 35,000.00 sale of a truck for $250.00. Just bought a 2013 Silverado 1500. Went to the dealership thinking I wanted an extended cab. He was able to help clarify any questions I had and was able to find an addition $750 rebate that I wasn’t aware of. My Husband and I just bought a 2013 Silverado 2500HD from this dealer and felt we got a good deal, although there was an issue when we went to sign the paper work they said that we had not mentioned a payoff this dealer and felt we got a good deal, although there was an issue when we went to sign the paper work they said that we had not mentioned a payoff on our Tahoe, (Which we did) and our deal almost fell through because of their lack of communication!I am really upset by the way they treated my Father in law, who went to buy a new truck a couple of days after us! They were not giving him a fair deal on his trade in! He had The 8100 Allison Trans and a 4.10 rear end in his truck. It was worth way more on KBB and Edmunds, then they were even willing to give him. Well they lost his Buisness over $250.00 and now they have lost our future buisness and our recomendations! Your Loss!!! They also promised My Father in law a $50.00 gift card for coming out from Chicago to test drive and refused to give it to him! And the last straw was the Incentives GM had given him Joseph Striska said he couldn't use the special incentives combine from GM!!! Well Duh, they were directly from GM for being such a loyal customer for him to use! GM is going to here about this!!!! More
