I had called to set up an appointment with Charlie Watson to look at a used Traverse that I had seen online, I was upset that the one I was really interested was already sold, But Charlie suggested other veh to look at a used Traverse that I had seen online, I was upset that the one I was really interested was already sold, But Charlie suggested other vehicles with great features. I ended up leaving with a 2014 Traverse :) I had a great experience at Advantage Chevrolet of Bolingbrook! Our sales person Andre Thomas was great. He was very personable and was extremly well versed on the Equinox line and the unit we purchased. During the sales process Andre was tranparent in all aspects o personable and was extremly well versed on the Equinox line and the unit we purchased. During the sales process Andre was tranparent in all aspects of the transaction. When we came to pick up the car Andre stayed on top of the delivery process by making sure the car was throughly prepped and we were comfortable with the operation of the vehcle before we drove home. A few days after the sale Andre phoned me as a follow up to make sure we were satisfied and had any concerns. I would recommed if you are in the market for a vehicle, I higly recomend Advantage and Andre Thomas for the sale. More

Dealing with John Montgomery was great - so glad we had him as our sales guy! Overall, this was a good buying experience. John was great to work with and I would recommend working with him to anyone. While it was obvious he wanted to make a sale, he was very patient with my indec great to work with and I would recommend working with him to anyone. While it was obvious he wanted to make a sale, he was very patient with my indecisiveness. I still feel like we had to fight a little to get the vehicle/price we knew was possible, but that is expected in sales! Again, a good experience overall. More
