Chuck took me directly to the vehicle in which I was interested in purchasing, and proceeded to explain the differences in the features offered through each of the available trim levels. Throughout the test drive, Chuck was very thorough in explaining each of the unique features offered by the Chevrolet Volt, which are far different than the other vehicles offered by Chevrolet. After deciding that I wanted to purchase the car, we began to talk numbers. During this process, not only did Chuck work to get me as many rebates and discounts as possible, but he was also able to extend an offer on my trade-in which exceeded my expectations (based on my own research prior to entering the dealership.) In the end, the total “cost to own” price of the new Volt was actually lower than my target amount from when I entered the dealership. Even after the sale, Chuck followed up the process by emailing me many videos demonstrating the features of the Volt, which I could later view at my own convenience. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my experience at Advantage Chevrolet in Bolingbrook and with Chuck. I will be visiting them again in the future when the time comes to purchase another vehicle. More

Saturday morning whim! Saturday I woke up and on slightly more than a whim I decided to go to this dealership and see what was new with Suburban's and possibly trade in my Saturday I woke up and on slightly more than a whim I decided to go to this dealership and see what was new with Suburban's and possibly trade in my older Suburban which years earlier I had purchased from the same dealership. I was immediately greeted by Sales Professional Byron Mendoza who was friendly and helpful. We looked over the 2015 inventory on hand and I decided on a particular one and proceeded to see what it would cost as well as evaluate my trade-in Suburban. Once we agreed to a price and trade-in value I told them I needed to complete the purchase as fast as possible as I had an appointment so I gave them just under an hour to finish everything up. To make a long story a little shorter, they did it. I drove off in my new 2015 Suburban and am very delighted. More
