I last bought a car in 1999! So I was very nervous to shop for a new one. I could not have had a better sales person then Byron Mendoza. He was extremely kind, not pushy at all and put my mind at ease. I had to purchase a new car but was concerned about credit, payments etc. I was interested in the Sonic or Spark. He worked with me in my price range. Did not push me to try to purchase out of my range and said he would totally help me. He was very calm not at all like past car salesmen! I decided on the Spark. He asked what color and I was able to purchase the beautiful blue one in the showroom. In fact it matched his shirt exactly! So was meant to be. I will be sending my husband in to purchase from him and friends. He was beyond what I was expecting. Humberto was the next man I met. He was also very friendly and had a relaxed attitude. Explained everything to me.And showed me pictures of his adorable dogs. The third man I met was Tim Hosek. Hewas also very nice and friendly. A cat lover like me. He also explained everything and answered my questions. All in all these men were so awesome. And made a scary experience very easy.I cant stop talking about how nice they were. Thank you! And I LOVE my new car! More

I found the vehicle on cars.com, called to make sure the vehicle was still available, and when I arrived, Brian had the vehicle ready in front of the building for me. Everything went smoothly, both Brian and Humberto were polite, professional and knowledgeable. Humberto followed up with my experience and ensured everything went according to plan. I honestly can't picture any other dealership coming close to the customer service provided here. I will be making all of my future car purchases from this dealership. More

Only 2 reasons, the first was Andre Thomas and the second person who continues to make sure I come back and not go elsewhere is Humberto Montemayor. Every dealership provides similar services, in fact at times they are identical - The difference must be the people, the staff you deal with after the sale is made will either make sure you come back or confirm that you will not, the difference in that decision are the people your deal with at this level. Humberto is one individual who has assured this dealership that I will return... Brian did not waste time attempting to sale me a vehicle that I didn't want. Instead, he went out of his way and found one better!
