Was charged $200 just in inspect it and said nothing was wrong with the smell coming out the vent! Left from the dealer to a local mechanic and found all it needed was a cabin filter and paid $50 issues fix wrong with the smell coming out the vent! The process was smooth, they did no negotiations at all for a cash purchase. The sales man was great, didn’t care much for the finance guy. He took a long time it was at least an hour and a half after we d for a cash purchase. The sales man was great, didn’t care much for the finance guy. He took a long time it was at least an hour and a half after we decided we wanted the car before I was able to sign paperwork. Then when I finally got to get that done, again cash purchase so no loan paperwork the finance guy was trying to give us something being very sneaky at the cost. We declined that. I just don’t think the process should be 2 plus hours to make this purchase and we were the only ones actively buying a car at that time. We are also still waiting on floor mats for over 3 weeks. More
