Our salesman, Andre Thomas, sold us a 2024 Chevy Silverado earlier this month. He was polite, courteous, and professional. He was not pushy like most salespersons are. He listened to our comments about what we were looking for and understood that the purchase was not a necessity but a want. We had been to several other dealers but found that working with Andre and the Advantage team was pretty smooth. We had asked him to give us an hour or so to think about it and he willfully let us have the time and space so we could finalize our decision. When we went back to the dealership, he was waiting for us. He explained all details of the truck and helped us to download and create the passwords to the accounts that were needed. He waited for us until we were finished with the Financing, which was after 9:00 pm, and still asked if we had any other questions, which we did, and he answered them all. We left feeling satisfied with our purchase and the service that we received. More
