He explained what work would be performed and how long it would take. my extended warranty contract paid for the work. Work was done in a timely manner, great waiting room area. Liars I would not recommend purchasing any used vehicle from this dealership I brought a used car from them and not even seven days later I'm having issues I would not recommend purchasing any used vehicle from this dealership I brought a used car from them and not even seven days later I'm having issues with the bald tires on the car they claimed were fine and passed inspection and my check engine light came on I was advised to take it to the Acura dealership since it's still under warranty, the problem is NOT covered and I had to pay out of pocket for the diagnosis and the cost to fix the problem. They did tell me to bring it back to them but at this point I'm scared to drive the car 70+ plus with bald tires and even trust they'll fix it properly. More
