Great dealership and easy to work with. I was able to do the entire negotiation via email which really helped since I live a ways away from the dealership. Very impressed! I'm not one to write reviews, but I was very impressed with Adirondack Auto. I was shopping for a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited through true car. I I'm not one to write reviews, but I was very impressed with Adirondack Auto. I was shopping for a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited through true car. I knew exactly what car and model I wanted, so I was essentially bottom line shopping. I got a call from Dave Foley and he cut to the chase in about 60 seconds. He gave me a fantastic deal right off the bat with no back and forth. When I went to pick up the car, they had everything set to sign with no pressure to buy back-ends. This was truly one of the most efficient and no hassle car buying experiences I have ever had. If you know what kind of car you want and are just looking to get the car without all the traditional car dealership nonsense, go to Adirondack and ask for Dave Foley. -Eric More

Irresponsible I took my older truck into have the rear brake lines replaced which was done apparently well, albeit, very expensive for the task. However, clearly th I took my older truck into have the rear brake lines replaced which was done apparently well, albeit, very expensive for the task. However, clearly the service department was not familiar with my vintage steering/ignition lock and broke it by forcing the mechanism. I have been using the truck without a problem for 22 years and their response was "stuff happens" taking no responsibility for their ruining my ignition switch leaving me no way to turn off the truck or disengage the electrical system. They were clearly not interested in helping me with this situation that they had created and left me to solve it myself. It's this kind of behavior that has become all too common these days. There was a time when one could trust ones neighbor. That time has clearly passed. More
