Made a service appointment @Adams Toyota Lee’s Summit for 9:45 and arrived only to have the service advisor tell me he could not guarantee my car would be looked at today and that it might be a couple of day 9:45 and arrived only to have the service advisor tell me he could not guarantee my car would be looked at today and that it might be a couple of days before they could get it looked at. I asked him what the purpose of making an appointment was since it’s absurd that I would leave my car for days just to be diagnosed. Truly a very poor service advisor as he was unapologetic and provided no other options. He did relay that the cost for just diagnosing the issue would be $172.00. In reading the Adam’s Toyota Service Department’s Lee’s Summit reviews just now for this last month, there are service techs who are on dashcam driving customer’s cars in a road rage manner as well as others who were told by Adams Toyota’s Service Department that they have no idea where the service technician is which caused that customer 8 hours of needless waiting. @Adams Toyota’s Service Department is truly one of the worst examples in Kansas City. Suffice to say, I will not buy another new car from Adams Toyota and most certainly will not bother attempting any further service appointments or bringing our RAV4 to them. More
Will NEVER take my vehicle back to this dealership. I will stick with taking it to molle toyota. First off took my toyota rav4 in because my steering wheel was off center...no vibration, no shaking, I will stick with taking it to molle toyota. First off took my toyota rav4 in because my steering wheel was off center...no vibration, no shaking, no pulling and didn't wreck it. 2 weeks prior I had to slam on my breaks and since then my wheel is off to the left. If I straighten it out then it goes to the right. So took it in and Branden said I needed an alignment. Paid $140 and got that done...said I needed a new control arm. Left dealship and then it was way worse, shaking at high speeds and pulling. Took it back 2 days later and he said there was nothing they could do and I needed to replace the control arm. Quoted me $1250 to replace it. He said that was the ONLY way to get the wheel straight and if that didn't work they would troubleshoot some more. Then proceeded to argue with me and tell me they could put it back on the lift and realign it and charge me $140 again. 2 days later....are you kidding me?? No your not going to charge me another alignment 2 days later...should have bee aligned correct the first time. Sooo on that note will never go back to them...would never refer someone there either. Branden in the service dept is a joke. Go to MOLLE TOYOTA they actually listen and care about their customers. More
I used to have service done here until I was lied to about service performed that actually wasn't! It's very disappointing when you ask for a specific task to be completed and are told that it has been, about service performed that actually wasn't! Crooked dealer. They show the price of a minivan online at 46k to bait buyers in. Then just wait!!! When you get there they add 15k in market value adjustment. Just wanted to share how pleased I am with both of the the service appointments that I experienced recently on my 2009 Toyota Corolla. Ron Wiggans was my service advisor for my first visit for regular mai the service appointments that I experienced recently on my 2009 Toyota Corolla. Ron Wiggans was my service advisor for my first visit for regular maintenance and was great to work with. During my second visit Alfredo Bisig kept me informed on the timeframe of the timing gear replacement. I had wifi available and comfortable chairs with workspace to utilize while I waited. Everyone in the service department was great to work with and my car was repaired in a timely manner and at a much better price than quoted by other places. More
