Again I want to thank a great salesperson and friend in Alberto Perez, his knowledge and dedication to his job, I purchased my first vehicle in October of 2015, then purchase a minivan in 2017 and just pur Alberto Perez, his knowledge and dedication to his job, I purchased my first vehicle in October of 2015, then purchase a minivan in 2017 and just purchased my third vehicle after 10 years and Alberto did everything to satisfy my needs, the staff and the experience also with the body shop has been nothing but a wonderful experience ,I will continue to purchase and service my automobiles at this location again thank you Alberto Perez for your dedication!!! Total crooks in the service dept told me that can't reset my tire pressure light I have to spend 1500 for 5 new ones on my land cruiser and then tried to charge me 600 bucks to replace a headlight bulb they my tire pressure light I have to spend 1500 for 5 new ones on my land cruiser and then tried to charge me 600 bucks to replace a headlight bulb they even brought out a master tech to sell me the job I said hard pass you guys are crooks went to goodyear and they flashed my tire light and said they can't charge me for a 30 second job. Went to another Toyota daler and asked what price for bulb and after he told me the price he said the good news is we will install for free not 600 for labor called service manager and he never called me back total scam after a real hard sell i went home and took 3 showers i felt so dirty More
On August 12, 2025, we drove away from Adams Toyota in our beautiful new, red Toyota Prius. We had the most fabulous and hardworking "for us"salesman, Don Franklin. He was patient from sales to money nego our beautiful new, red Toyota Prius. We had the most fabulous and hardworking "for us"salesman, Don Franklin. He was patient from sales to money negotiation to signing papers, answering questions, putting the Toyota App on my phone so we could start the car! We urge you to see Don. He is the example of a real salesman who knows the cars on the lot. He is kind and helpful. He will not quit until he gets you a great deal! More

Made a service appointment @Adams Toyota Lee’s Summit for 9:45 and arrived only to have the service advisor tell me he could not guarantee my car would be looked at today and that it might be a couple of day 9:45 and arrived only to have the service advisor tell me he could not guarantee my car would be looked at today and that it might be a couple of days before they could get it looked at. I asked him what the purpose of making an appointment was since it’s absurd that I would leave my car for days just to be diagnosed. Truly a very poor service advisor as he was unapologetic and provided no other options. He did relay that the cost for just diagnosing the issue would be $172.00. In reading the Adam’s Toyota Service Department’s Lee’s Summit reviews just now for this last month, there are service techs who are on dashcam driving customer’s cars in a road rage manner as well as others who were told by Adams Toyota’s Service Department that they have no idea where the service technician is which caused that customer 8 hours of needless waiting. @Adams Toyota’s Service Department is truly one of the worst examples in Kansas City. Suffice to say, I will not buy another new car from Adams Toyota and most certainly will not bother attempting any further service appointments or bringing our RAV4 to them. More

Don Senior helped us put. I went in planning on buying Highlander, stop sale on all of those!!! No haggling and no over selling. I recommend doing your research before jumping in to buy. My so did a great job on research and Senior helped us the rest of the way. Thank you so much for your help.
