I purchased a 2010 Honda Civic in January 2013. I went to another dealership recently to trade my car and I was informed that it had been in an accident and has FRAME DAMAGE which showed up on an AutoCheck r another dealership recently to trade my car and I was informed that it had been in an accident and has FRAME DAMAGE which showed up on an AutoCheck report. This information was not disclosed to me when I purchased the car. In fact, I was given a "clean" CarFax report. I contacted Adam's and spoke with Teddy and he stated they were not aware of this but this is not true. Adam's purchased my car from an auction and it was announced at the auction that the car had frame damage. So, how did they not know? Anyway, Teddy told me to bring my car to the dealership and they would "make it right" and help me get another car. Needless to say this did not happen. Going there a second time was a JOKE !!! I recently took my car to the local Honda dealership and once again was informed that my car had been in a pretty significant accident and has way more internal damage than just the frame. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF BUYING A CAR FROM ADAM'S AUTO GROUP. BEWARE....read all reviews!!! More

I purchased a car in January 2013 from Adam's Auto Group. At the time of purchase I was provided a "clean" CarFax report. Anyway, after speaking with Teddy he said they are a reputable dealer and would "make it right". He said for me to come to the dealeship and he would help me get another car because they stand behing the cars that they sell. I made the trip frim Hickory to Charlotte, spent several hours at the dealership and was told, "I need to keep my car for at least a year before trading it". They realized that my car is not worth what I paid for it, therefore, they did nothing and I am stuck with a car that I owe $14,000 on. I have opened an investigation with the DMV and hope to stop this from happening to other people. More
