Took time from my job to come by and look at and possibly purchase a Ford XLT 4X4, Inventory # AT-32435. Upon arrival was not met at the door and even had to find a Sales Person. Once I found a sales person, purchase a Ford XLT 4X4, Inventory # AT-32435. Upon arrival was not met at the door and even had to find a Sales Person. Once I found a sales person, when I stated what I was there to look at, the salesman was fairly lost at the vehicle or that I had been given a response from the internet site that the vehicle was available. I was then told to have a seat and the Inventory Manager would see me shortly. After about 10 minutes an older gentleman came up and said he would get the keys and bring it up. I then witnessed him looking around the office for the keys and once he found the keys, he couldn't find the truck. About 10 minutes again and he finds the truck and brings it up. When I went to look at the truck I found that the truck was riddled with trash and personal belongings and NOT ready to be looked at. This truck had empty cans and trash in the back seat, personal belongings and trash in the front as well as a drink in the drink cup that appeared to be half full of drink. As I tried to explain to the older gentleman that I didn't think the truck was ready to be sold the only thing he could say is that the mechanic was using the truck. The older gentleman then got into the truck and drove it off leaving us standing there with no explanation, apologies or asking for a chance to save the sale. Although upset that I feel my time was wasted, I would still be interested in the truck if the price & situation was right. I HAVE CASH and would pay in full at time of purchase. More

When I went to Adams, I had viewed their website a few times. I looked at a few cars that I was that I liked. Teddy let me look around and and test drive a couple of cars. I didnt feel pressured. I had a great buying experience at Adams. My Salesman was friendly, helpful and not pushy. He did not try to push me into a car I was not interested in or could not afford. I went to Adams to look at several used cars that I had seen online. Chris was very helpful, brought cars to me so I didn't have to walk all over the lot. The cars were in great condition. He allowed me time to look them over and was able to answer all questions. After test driving vehicle, he allowed us to talk it over in private to make decision, which other dealer had not done. Did not feel any pressure at Adams, unlike others. Have only had car for two days, but am very happy with car and am confident that the promises made by Adams will be fulfilled. The over all experience was ok. The only issue was with communication on the financing side. Teammates need to let each other know when a customer has been contacted, so to avoid multiple daily, phone call communication on the financing side.
