I visited this dealership to look at a used e350 commercial van. The website listed the van as having the 5.4 gas v8 while the car fax showed the van as having the 7.3 diesel v8. The van did indeed commercial van. The website listed the van as having the 5.4 gas v8 while the car fax showed the van as having the 7.3 diesel v8. The van did indeed have power stroke diesel, but the van was apparently in the "as is" section of lot. This means that literally nothing is done to the vehicle to prep it for sale. This van was clearly wrecked and would not start even after connecting it to a powerful jump box. The service advisor, whose name I can unfortunately not remember was excellent and even offered to get me a new battery, but Ken, the sales advisor "helping" me had done nothing to be helpful at all and I decided to look elsewhere for a reliable diesel vehicle. Ken was more interested in talking on his phone and texting other customers or joking with his coworkers than answering any questions I had about the van. I was at the lot for about an hour and I would comfortably say that he spend 50 minutes or so on the phone. When I was able to ask him questions he had no answers and was not willing to find them for me. It wasn't even him, but the service tech who let me know the van was an As Is vehicle. My advice, there are some good cars here and the service department is really kind and friendly but my interaction with Ken was enough to make me decide to drive nearly an hour away for a diesel truck instead of purchase this cheaper van. More

Everything moved at a steady past and he informed me of everything i needed to know even though it was on my papers. They changed my oil and detailed the car before I drove off.
