Pre-owned Suzuki XL7 We bought a previously owned Suzuki XL7 from Adams. The car was very well priced and the dealership was clean, the staff friendly and it was not a high pressure environment. The purchase with financing took almost 3 hours, which is pretty standard at most dealerships we have been in over the course of 4-5 car purchases. Ken Allen was friendly and easy to deal with during the purchase of the vehicle. There was an issue with the tire pressure sensor (which we were told they could not fix, but was a quick reset fix at Suzuki) and the key fob was not functioning from the point of driving off the lot. (Could not enter vehicle without alarm). The issue turned out to be a faulty module which was not a quick fix but cost hundreds of dollars at Suzuki to fix. Adam's Automotive and Ken Allen stepped up and did pay for the repair after a little bit of back and fourth over few days. The dealerships owner via email was very responsive and demonstrated understanding. Issues can happen anywhere, so we will be back to Adam's in the future as they stood behind the car and made it right. Thank-you. More

I gave a 3 of 5 stars because I didn't know what to expect coming in but I wasn't completely dissatisfied with everything. It was my first time ever purchasing a vehicle. I loved the price for the purchase but I wish I'd been proactively offered the opportunity to view the vehicle before finalizing the deal. There was also practically NO gas in the vehicle so I had to wait additional time for a rep to put some in it and bring it back. Ken was great though! I work in customer service as a quality analyst and I could tell he really pushes hard to provide quality service and does all he can for his customers. Tell him I'm sorry again that I didn't formally introduce him to my wife :). Overall I would recommend this dealership. More
