Great Suprise I went to Adams after seeing a car of theirs advertised on autotrader. Left the lot feeling satisfied My wife and I are expecting our first child, so we started browsing mid-size SUVs to accommodate our little passenger to-be. After first determining online that a 2012 or '13 Honda CRV would be our best bet, we searched the greater Charlotte area for possible matches. Our first matches took us to some of the better known Honda dealerships across the city...three in total, and we just didn't get the deal we were looking for. And then it happened. About a week after our first round of browsing, I found a perfect match on CarGurus.com, which located a 2013 CRV with only 12,000 miles at Adams Auto Group. The price was also very reasonable and very close to what we were comfortable paying. We were still a little skeptical at first, because we hadn't previously heard of the dealership, and thought some of the larger Honda-specific dealers would be able to provide the strongest offer. We're so glad we gave them a try. Ken Allen stayed until after closing to talk through details, as well as to explain how Adams is able to offer competitive pricing. We agreed to come back the following day to get a better look at the vehicle and take it for a spin. Teddy Williams helped us close the deal, and both gentlemen aided to expedite the tagging process, so we could take the car with us to Florida a couple weeks later. Both Ken and Teddy were upfront and transparent about all the details throughout the process. Neither my wife or I felt bullied or rushed to make a decision -- something we've felt at other dealerships. We would certainly recommend that people give Adams a try, and request Ken or Teddy to get the best deal possible. Both men took us seriously as a young couple living on a budget. They were also responsive to our phone calls and text messages as we were lining up a plan to purchase, which helped immensely with our busy work schedules. Thanks, Ken and Teddy. You guys really came through for us, and we are loving our new CRV. More

KEN ALLEN IS A MULTI TASKER A MAN OF HIS WORD. Ken Allen met with my dad several times who is a very tough but fair man (of course it's cause he cares about his daughter and her safety). He also met with me (the daughter) and wanted to make sure I had a smile on my face " even after he checked my credit". He worked hard to figure out and how to get the payments I needed to not over extend myself but was direct and honest on how things worked and how to improve on ratings as well. Without the extra charge woo hoo. This was important to know and felt good that he cared enough to find a way to work it out, You see I am a college graduate who has lets say, is a black belt at having multiple school loans and went through hard times and fell behind on bills but had months earlier caught them all up by lots of prayer and the skin of my teeth and creative budgeting. but this of course affects my credit score and on top of it im considered a " first time car buyer".( in the eyes of most banks they say na na na). But they found one that would give me a chance and realized how hard I was working. He even called me and my father after he been there with my dad since the early morning still working things out. I guess im long winded but he deserves and the dealership deserves kudos. To God be the glory for setting them in my path.
