Unprofessional @ Adams These guys are very unprofessional!! Said that they would call back. They avoided calls. We left voicemails. We were looking at a used 2006 Jeep Liberty with over 100K miles. Leaking 4x4 gear box, clear coat peeling off of back gate, bad hatch lifts, needed new tires, etc. If the credit scores are not up to par, etc, just COMMUNICATE so customers can move on instead of dragging them along. After a week of the run around, my Daughter bought a brand new jeep instead at Hendrick Jeep/Chrysler Concord!. Had financing in under 30 minutes! Does Adams even want to sell cars? If not, stop stringing customers along. She is very happy with the new ride from Hendrick in Concord with a 5 year/ 100K mile warranty.Thank God for unanswered prayers! Rick More

My New Dealership I must say this review is for the location on 6625 East Independence Blvd, I went to the N Tryon location and I was not really comfortable with the de I must say this review is for the location on 6625 East Independence Blvd, I went to the N Tryon location and I was not really comfortable with the dealer and he was just trying to sell a car, I went to Independence and i was welcomed with open arms and I knew my situation would take some work but Lamar smiled and got on the job and saw some options and really cared to make sure that i was comfortable in the car and the price was suitable for what i could afford. I felt like i was his family and he wanted to make sure that i was going to leave with a great car. I will honesty say that i will go to his dealership and work with him the next time i go and get a car and i plan to trade in 2 years when i am in a better situation. Thank you Lamar for being my car dealer and caring about me as a person, Lamar is truly the best and his staff is great, I would recommend the East Independence dealership and ask for Lamar tell him i sent you lol.
