Only okay I went in to buy a car and the salesman made it feel great about the car I chose yet something felt odd about how they sold me the car. Once I was abo I went in to buy a car and the salesman made it feel great about the car I chose yet something felt odd about how they sold me the car. Once I was about to sign on the dotted line the manager starts telling me about their warranty and about selling half decent cars. He also tells another customer you'd be crazy to buy my cars to have for a long time. They also didn't tell me my APR rate I calculated it on my own after I had already been sold the car. Some of their methods seemed suspicious , I kind of feel like i was tricked but so far I am enjoying the car. More

LEMON SOLD HERE I bought a car from here in 2011 when it was under" family management"and had a great experience. My husband got into a car accident in 2014 and the I bought a car from here in 2011 when it was under" family management"and had a great experience. My husband got into a car accident in 2014 and the car was totaled, so our first option was of course Adams...BAD CHOICE! They gave us the run around with banks because my husband is a private contractor and once we got approved , sold us a LEMON!! Due to the mileage and warranty limitations, they refuse to give us our deposit back, fix the LEMON car or even negotiate to get another car. Once Chuck and Tim got the money, customer service went out the door. They spoke to us like we were dogs on the street! We had to report them to the DMV just to get the car out of our name due to tax reasons. They have the money to expand because they take from hardworking customers who were loyal to them when they were a small family business. Their lack of moral values is what upset me the most because I have small children and the way they basically STOLE our down payment showed that this was no longer a family business!! More
