I needed to make a purchase unexpectedly and I live two hours away in Asheville so it was important to me to be able to firm up a deal before making my way to Charlotte. Unlike other dealerships who insisted I come in before even working with me, Troy worked with me and we were able to work out a deal over the phone. Nice dealer gone bad I bought 2 cars in 2014..the process was pretty good...however now that I traded one of the cars in for a new one Adams has been dragging their feet a I bought 2 cars in 2014..the process was pretty good...however now that I traded one of the cars in for a new one Adams has been dragging their feet about canceling the car warranty & gap warranty that was paid for when I bought the car...I took the paperwork over to them over a month ago and now no one wants to even call me back about this situation...when I go over to the dealership I am treated like a 2nd class citizen and no one wants to address this......and now this why I have to post this review. They agreed to fix most, with me having to drive back another 1.5 hrs. at a later time. Gave dwn pymt. and added car to ins. thinking the financing quoted was what I was getting. Price was $1500 over what agreed to, payments were 12 months longer than agreed to. They added $1200 worth of "required" fees. Very misleading and shady. More

Awesome experience I needed to purchase my son his first car and I needed to trade in my current car for a different one and the guys at Adams from Chuck, Jeremy, Troy, I needed to purchase my son his first car and I needed to trade in my current car for a different one and the guys at Adams from Chuck, Jeremy, Troy, and especially Charlie were all awesome. I told them what I needed and there was no pressure at all. They truly wanted us to get the cars we wanted, not what they were trying to get off the lot. EVERYONE there bent over backwards to help us and do whatever we needed to make us happy. I can sincerely say that buying a car is not one of my favorite experiences, but these guys changed my mind. I will most definitely be back. More
