Bait and Switch. Contacted dealership about a vehicle that showed up in a search on a Tuesday. 119 days on the lot. I couldn't get to the dealership until Saturday and made an appointment. It's a 2 hour drive. I was called every day by the dealer to be sure I was coming for the appointment. 4 calls. I drove up Saturday, and Surprise! it was just sold the night before!. AND NOT 1 CALL TO TELL ME NOT TO COME. I asked to speak with a manager, and he found the file on the top of the files in a drawer. No. Sold yesterday. AND THEN he had the nerve to tell me I should have called before driving up there. 4 calls in 3 days to make sure I was coming, but 0 consideration after they 'sold' it. But don't worry, for 4 grand more we can sell you another car. Just take out a longer term on your loan! Bait and switch. Fell for the teaser add. Live up to every low down stereotype of a used car salesman out there. xxxx bags. More

**** Beware Horrible Dealership**** So I purchased a Ford F250 that was tuned & deleted also purchased a warranty with the vehicle as the salesman convinced me this is the way to go in the diesel world! Ford F250 that was tuned & deleted also purchased a warranty with the vehicle as the salesman convinced me this is the way to go in the diesel world! Well it’s definitely not!!! The warranty company will not even touch the vehicle because it’s illegal to purchase or sell a tune and deleted diesel even if you live in a non-emissions state it’s federally illegal. I’ve been contacting upper management for months and I’ve got nowhere all I asked was to trade my vehicle out for another diesel that had emissions on it as I use this vehicle for Towing my camper and God for bid I get stuck out of state trying to find a shop to work on this vehicle which most mechanics and dealerships will not touch! I’m hoping this dealership makes it right but looking at all the other reviews I’m not holding my breath! More
