He was very courteous, informative and knowledgeable - in short, outstanding. She loved the car and Chris. There was no pressure at all, just facts about the automobile, the prior history of it and all pertinent facts. The experience was not at all like any we had previously experienced, Chris was personally interested in meeting her needs and making her happy with her purchase. This was indeed a very pleasant experience rather than the usual onerous one of purchasing a car. She loves her "new" car and is so thankful for Chris.
