Unprofessional and shady I scheduled a test drive and when I got there the car was undergoing "paint". Why schedule me a test drive if is undergoing service? The next day i re I scheduled a test drive and when I got there the car was undergoing "paint". Why schedule me a test drive if is undergoing service? The next day i received a call saying the "paint was the wrong color and would need a respray of the whole car. I'll text you when you can see it". Wait, what? I went to the car manufacturers dealership and was able to get more in depth service records for the car and found out that the motor was completely shot, " Metal found in the oil, Low compression, water in battery compartment." I guess that's why they would not let me see it. Also they posted the car for substantially cheaper under "private seller" designation on auto trader. All I had to do was compare vin numbers to find the double dealing. Lesson learned, never do business with this company. More

Complaint Salesman was dishonest concerning known problems with the vehicle. Prior to purchasing the vehicle, we asked if there were any known problems and we Salesman was dishonest concerning known problems with the vehicle. Prior to purchasing the vehicle, we asked if there were any known problems and we were told no. When the trunk of the car was opened by him, he opened the door to the vehicle and used the trunk button instead of using the remote control. We didn't think anything of it. Once we arrived home, we found that the remote did not work to lock the doors on the car or to open the trunk. We purchased a new battery and the doors still do not lock with the remote or when you push the lock button inside the car and the trunk does not open with the remote. This is a problem, we paid cash for the car and did not get a substantial amount off of the car. The doors do not lock on the car... More
