I bought a 2019 van from Adams Group, and right after making the first payment, the rear end failed. Not even 45 days later, the transmission went out completely. What made things worse was how the dealership handled it. They told us we had purchased an extended warranty — but we hadn’t, and unfortunately, we didn’t ask for the paperwork to confirm at the time. That was our mistake, but it doesn’t excuse the lack of transparency. Later, they admitted we had no coverage at all. It felt like we were misled from the beginning. This has been a really frustrating and expensive experience. I wouldn’t recommend doing business with Adams Group unless there are serious changes in how they treat their customers and stand behind the vehicles they sell. More

Like many others who have expressed their negative experience here, I am also one who would give ZERO star if possible. We flew from Boston to find out the owner took the vehicle out during Xmas and experience here, I am also one who would give ZERO star if possible. Salesman asked for 53k for vehicle and we countered to 50k since truck was not able to be seen, driven, or inspected. They did not budge. Went to lunch and came back to submit another offer of 52k. They stood firm on their price and then belittled us by saying, "you guys are smart people, shouldn't you have called and verified vehicle was here?" He wasn't wrong but it was still advertised, and we said " shouldn't you have the product/car on lot if you advertise it on the world wide web? And why is the owner driving advertised vehicles around when it is listed on their site?" They should have taken it down if they know it won't be on their lot for an unknown amount of time. I offered the 52k without seeing or driving the vehicle and they did nothing to help, but were willing to accept the 53k with no knowledge of its current condition. The car is being driven with who knows how many more miles by the owner and what condition it may be in after its return. Waste of time. More
