Joe is always very courteous and helpful with service. Treats his customers with upmost respect - very knowledgable and offers suggestions - always discusses repairs and price before they're done. You can be assured the service your car came in for was done by the experienced technicians. I like the fact that my fluids, lights, brakes, and other essential components of my vehicle are checked each time I come in for service - and I'm made aware of anything that needs replacing which I might never consider. The dealership itself is staffed with friendly people - and the environment is always clean and professional looking. All in all, just a wonderful group of people to care for your automotive needs. I bought my truck from Adams Chevrolet back in 2006 and I have had a very friendly and productive relationship with both the staff and mechanics. I have had just a few minor repairs needed done to my truck a have had a very friendly and productive relationship with both the staff and mechanics. I have had just a few minor repairs needed done to my truck and the "Parts Department" have been wonderful and taken care of me in every need possible. The service manager Joe Alampi has treated me like one of his own, has helped me in every way possible and when the occasions rose (that were NOT many) when he could not assist me with my need he was quick to find the answer for me. I absolutely recommend Adams to all of my friends or whom ever may be loking into purchasing a vehicle, and I look forward to many years to come as a very satisfied Adamns Chevrolet customer. Arrived at the dealership to check out a truck my son was purchasing. Found a car for my wife. Sales staff very helpful. Very informative. But not pushy. Tom was very easy to work with. My need for a new vehicle arose suddenly. I was feeling anxious and upset when Mike Trimble came up and asked if he could help me. They found the exact vehicle I wanted, addressed all my concerns, were very patient with me and put me in a beautiful new vehicle.
