Buying a car from Acura of Wichita was one of the easier things we’ve ever done. The staff were all so great to us and communicated with us through every step. Waited 5 hours to have 4 new tires mounted and balanced. Appt was at 9:20...we were there at 9:10. We were told it would be done before noon. Used loaner car and returned at 11:00. At 12:00 we were then told it would be 1:00....asked for loaner car again for lunch. While at lunch received a text that it would be 2:30 before they were done. Came back at 1:00 and waited until 2:15 before car was done. We drove 300 miles round trip to continue to do business with you folks as I have had multiple MDX Leased Vehicles over the past 15-20 years for work and have bought 3 MDX's in the last 8-9 years for us personally on top of this. Very disappointed as Walser since you bought Scholfield's and Scholfields's prior to the purchase have been our Dealership of choice for many years. I used to tell everyone how good the service was here and that is why we drove so far but can't say that now...hopefully will be better in the future. More

Was not happy with only one key fob and not knowing the vehicle did not have a jack or spare. There is a place for the jack and it was removed. This is my fault for not checking.
