Wappingers Falls Acura Service Dept. Is Amazing! The service manager John Alterio and his staff are all amazing, kind, honest, thoughtful people that care about their customers. I have been bringing The service manager John Alterio and his staff are all amazing, kind, honest, thoughtful people that care about their customers. I have been bringing my MDX there for 8 years! I am close to 200,000 miles on my car and can't imagine getting anything but another Acura to stay apart of such a great Service Center. Since day 1 of bringing my car there I was treated like family. Because of my commute, I put a lot of miles on my car and need frequent oil changes...John always accommodates me and my crazy schedule. When it turns out that there is a problem with my car, John calls me himself...to explain any repairs needed and always at a fair price. I can't thank them enough for always taking care me! More

He runs a well-organized, friendly shop. He is a man that is true to his his word. In an industry that is often defined by questionable character, John is trustworthy and dependable. Although there are numerous service centers much closer to where I live, I travel the extra distance to Acura of Wappingers Falls. I do so knowing that I will be treated with courtesy, on a timely basis, and at a fair price. I was towed to this dealership after my car broke down on The N.Y.S. Thruway. It was late on a Friday when I arrived. I was treated as if they had all the time in the world. They didn't rush me, Crystal Cost The N.Y.S. Thruway. It was late on a Friday when I arrived. I was treated as if they had all the time in the world. They didn't rush me, Crystal Costa could not have been nicer. She told me not to worry and got me a loaner car. I told her I had an extended warranty, she said she would make all the calls( which is a tough job in itself). Crystal contacted me and gave me the diagnosis. She also said she called the warranty company and told me how long the repair would take. She even noticed my car needed a NYS inspection, which she had performed for me. She was right on top of things, showing care and concern for me. I had just met her, but she is one of those people you feel like you knew for forever. Even the service manager, Ed, came by to make sure everything was okay. This is not the end of the story about 2 weeks earlier I had my struts replaced (not here- big mistake). The car was making a lot of noise so I brought it back to the place that did the work, they heard the noise but could not find the problem. So I brought it back to Wappingers Falls Acura, they gave me a loaner car immediately and called the next day and told me what was wrong. Problem solved. THEY CALL IT WAPPINGER FALLS ACURA BECAUSE YOU GET WAPPING GREAT SERVICE. THANKS!!! More
I am forever grateful to John and his team for taking care of my Nissan. Unsure of WHAT the problem was and being a person unfamiliar with cars, Acura of Wappingers came highly recommended by a mutual m care of my Nissan. Unsure of WHAT the problem was and being a person unfamiliar with cars, Acura of Wappingers came highly recommended by a mutual match and I couldn't be happier. My vehicle was diagnosed, the problems fixed at a very reasonable rate and with lightning sleet. In no time at all I was back in my (CLEAN!!!) car and on my way. It was great to be so well taken care of and to know that I didn't have to worry. t would highly recommend the Service Department and look forward to a long relationship with John, Acura and the team. I visited ACURA OF WAPPINGERS FALLS this morning with a flat tire. When attempting to fill the tire with air last night, the valve stem broke off and I was STRESSED out to say the least. I arrived at the flat tire. When attempting to fill the tire with air last night, the valve stem broke off and I was STRESSED out to say the least. I arrived at the service department first thing WITHOUT an appointment and the service staff was both welcoming and accommodating. They had my car in the shop within minutes and a diagnosis soon thereafter. I was delighted to learn the repairs would be performed under warranty with a free car wash to boot! This dealership will be the only one to service my vehicle from this point forward. Thanks so much for making a rough morning a great one! :-) More

Crystal was very attentive to my needs and exceeded all of my expectations. She was sensitive to my time constraints and made me feel like I was her only customer/priority when she was probably assisting of my expectations. Her timeliness, knowledge and customer service friendliness makes her a true asset to Acura of WF. Because of Crystal, I will not bring my car elsewhere for servicing. More
