Bought a 2024 AWD Advanced. Love this car. You’d think why would I need to contact service? Well I was hit at a stop sign! I was told by a local auto body shop the parts wouldn’ Love this car. You’d think why would I need to contact service? Well I was hit at a stop sign! I was told by a local auto body shop the parts wouldn’t be readily available because the car is still in production. I contacted Chris at AOWF and told him my problem. He was so helpful and within 10 hours had the parts at the repair shop! So not just a crazy good buying experience a FANTASTIC after sale experience. What more can you ask for? The entire team at Acura of Wappingers Falls is great, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. It’s sad that more business aren’t run this way. More

I was there again tonight because an alarm was going off and I didn't know why. Without hesitation, at 6:45 pm, the manager Phil Diorgio immediately came out to my car and resolved the issue. This is not and I didn't know why. Without hesitation, at 6:45 pm, the manager Phil Diorgio immediately came out to my car and resolved the issue. This is not the first time they've helped me. Words can't say enough. I love my RDX, so I am a huge endorser of Acura. When it's time to upgrade (hopefully later than sooner) this will be the dealership that I will buy from.
