DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM ACURA OF WAPPINGERS FALLS! I began the purchase process in the middle of May. It took over 2 weeks to purchase a used car from them! They promised I would be able to pick up t I began the purchase process in the middle of May. It took over 2 weeks to purchase a used car from them! They promised I would be able to pick up the vehicle on a Monday. When I called to schedule delivery I was told that they were still waiting for some paperwork! On Friday I was still unable to pick up the car! I called and emailed every number I could find at the Dealership including the manager! He was rude and condescending at best! I was lied to and ignored, then disrespected! When I told him I wanted my money back and would be going elsewhere for a vehicle, I was suddenly able to pick up the car! I still haven't received any paperwork on the vehicle, including the warranty information. On 7/26/16 I brought the car in because it was leaking oil and power steering fluid. The car would literally go through a quart of oil daily! I was told it was some kind of switch and that they would need to order the parts. I was able to pick the car back up after a week in the shop. The car is still leaking power steering fluid! It also now makes a horrible rattling noise when it starts! I have called a few times for an appointment and they were unable to fit me in. Last evening 9/22/16 the car died on the side of the road! I called the Dealership and was given a number for roadside assistance. When I called them they asked for a contract number. They were unable to help me without a contract number. Acura told me they didn't have a contact number and I should pay for the tow out of pocket! I called back in the morning to speak to someone in service. She gave me the warranty number and despite the fact that I had just purchased the car less than 4 months ago, told me to go through the warranty and bring the car to Hyundai! They sold me a car with a BAD oil leak, and less than a month after attempting to fix it they send me elsewhere! I will never purchase another vehicle from them, and have warned everyone I know not to buy anything from them! More

Best service department of any car I've ever had I've never owned an Acura, but I've owned several Hondas. This dealership is the only place I bring my Hondas to. They never try to upsell me on anyth I've never owned an Acura, but I've owned several Hondas. This dealership is the only place I bring my Hondas to. They never try to upsell me on anything and have always been completely honest with me. They will tell me that something will need replacing or changing within the next few months or so. They even offer me loaner cars even though I didn't buy my cars there. I've been going here for 6 years and I can't imagine it stopping anytime soon. I'm hoping my next car is a TLX from them! One last thing, I even bring them my Mustang for the annual inspection because they're so awesome!! More

I initially inquired about a vehicle I was interested in through their website auraofwappingersfalls.com. Within 10 minutes I received a return phone call about my inquiry and was assigned a sales representative. Within that same hour, I received a phone call from Adeniké, my sales representative, we spoke briefly about the vehicle soon thereafter scheduled an appointment to view the vehicle the next day. The following day, me and my son arrived to Acura of Wappingers Falls on time for my appointment and was politely greeted at the door and escorted to their customer lounge area, where my son and I were offered snacks and drinks. We were only there for a moment, when I was approached by a stunning women who introduced herself as Adeniké, my sales representative. We spoke about the TSX that I was interested in, and then she showed me the vehicle and of course we took a test drive...After returning from the test drive I sat down with Mr. Fiore and discussed other details of the sale, while Adeniké played with my son around the showroom. At the end of the day my experience at Acura of Wappingers Falls was enjoyable and very relaxed... Ive purchased vehicles from other dealerships before and always felt like I was being pressured. Adeniké was great, her nor Mr. Fiore didn't convey that energy to me at all. Two days later I picked up my vehicle, it was detailed and prepared on time for delivery...again Adeniké flawlessly took care of everything, all that was left for me was to sign on the dotted line, which I gladly did. For the first time I drove away from a dealership without that feeling of buyers remorse, and I credit that to Adeniké, Mr. Fiore and the rest of the pleasant people that I had the pleasure of dealing with at Acura of Wappingers Falls. Two days after I purchased my vehicle I was involved in an accident which resulted in significant damage to the rear of my vehicle. That evening I reached out to Adeniké at Acura and advised her of the accident and that my vehicle was going to need to be taken to a body shop. She was immediately concerned about my safety and if anyone was injured, and thereafter was able to recommend a reputable body shop that took my car on the spot. Its been 10 days since I've been without my vehicle, and every few days like clockwork I receive a brief call from Adeniké checking on me and the status of my vehicle. They say that first impressions are everything, and in this case they really were... Adeniké was knowledgeable, polite, helpful, and patient..this review does not do her or Acura of Wappingers Falls justice, you must simply go there and deal with her and the other great people of that dealership. They will continue to have my future business, as well as anyone else who inquires about where and who to buy a vehicle from...Id give Adeniké and Acura of Wappingers Falls a strong recommendation for anyone looking to purchase their next vehicle. It happened today thanks to Service Manager, John "Santa" Alterio! My 2014 ILX has 52K - a mere 2K miles over the 50K Acura factory warranty- and I was expecting the typical dealer "gotcha" when the diagnosis was "new rear shocks". Instead Santa and his service elves brought my car back to the smooth and quiet ride I was used to and did so at no cost. I couldn't even buy a round of pizzas for their lunch! I have had my ILX serviced only at Wappinger and continue to be amazed at their honesty and straight talk when dealing with the customer. I know first-hand their skill and efficiency when providing service is just the starting point! More
