We only stopped by your Acura Dealership because were looking for a new(er) truck and there were a couple parked in your Driveway up front. We were actually heading over to the Dodge Dealer but never mad looking for a new(er) truck and there were a couple parked in your Driveway up front. We were actually heading over to the Dodge Dealer but never made it that far. Tim was very nice, not pushy or too talkative, he just stood back and let us know he was there in case we had any questions. If it wasn't for his reserved manner we probably would have just left because I hate dealing with pushy salespeople. We also met with the used car manager very briefly and he was very nice to work with but I don't remember his name. He was very honest and naturally he explained all the defects he found with the truck we were trading in. Chris in Finance, the guy who actually took our money, was also very nice and we really have no complaints about him. However, your dealership is in need of some serious process improvements. We came in to buy a truck and paid CASH and I had to sign more paperwork then at the closing on our house. Really? Come on guys. As hard as Tim and Chris worked to make this purchase a great experience all that paperwork kind of left a bad taste in our mouths. It seemed like all the paperwork kept repeating itself. Then the icing on the cake was the form they made us sign agreeing not to sue the dealership if something went wrong with the new truck, and instead promising we would only use an arbitrator to resolve any conflicts? Come on guys. If you operate above board and treat people fairly then that should not happen right? I was surprised to even see a tacty form like that at an Acura Dealership. No offense but I think your lawyers are ruining the customer relationship experience. Please remember that you asked me for my opinion, I did not bring the subject up. As I have experienced before, Acura of Tempe is a leader of leaders in auto dealerships. My scheduled maintenance appointment went flawlessly and on time. I've never felt that AoT is out to bleed service cu of leaders in auto dealerships. My scheduled maintenance appointment went flawlessly and on time. I've never felt that AoT is out to bleed service customers for money. For example I overheard a service advisor speaking with a customer who needed several repairs. He gave detailed information of what the repairs were, which ones were most critical and gave the customer options of how to approach their decisions for the repairs. I was impressed to say the least. This is why I chose an Acura and why I take my TL to AoT for service. My service advisor was Todd Goldhammer. Nice, professional young man but a little rushed. I don't know how long he's been on the job but it seemed like he was not trying to forget anything but it came across as professional but impersonal. The service advisor I had before Todd took the time to build relationship. That's important to me because I am one to trust my Acura to the dealership and with an advisor that has built a relationship with me. I feel better about he or she looking out for my best interest and loyalty as a return customer. I'm sure Todd will become a great service advisor. More

We had never considered buying or even looking at the Acura, and knew nothing about the vehicle until we visited Acura of Tempe upon recomendation of a friend. Had we felt pressured or that we were bein Acura, and knew nothing about the vehicle until we visited Acura of Tempe upon recomendation of a friend. Had we felt pressured or that we were being manipulated, we would have walked right out. The benefits of the car were presented to us clearly and honestly. We told Jonathon that we were not comfortable trying to negotiate a price and to please just give us the best possible price. We felt it was fair. This dealership is very friendly, comfortable and attractive. All our questions and concerns were answered and we feel we have a great car. More
Everyone was helpful. THe only thing I did not like was the pressure to purchase an extended warranty, even though he was not High pressure. I brought my car (2008 Acura TL Type S) in for an oil change and replacement of brakes. As usual, it was a simple process to schedule a time to drop off my vehicle and have a loaner vehicle available. I change and replacement of brakes. I dropped my vehicle off and the loaner vehicle was already sitting outside waiting for me. The entire process of what all would be done to my car was explained and if anything else needed to be done, I would be contacted first. I returned to the dealership later that afternoon and picked up my vehicle, which they also washed and cleaned out. The cost of the entire process was well worth what was provided: - New Brembo brakes - Oil change - Clean car inside/out - Clean & aesthetic dealership - Friendly and knowledgable Service Department Personell I have yet to have a bad experience here and the staff has always been very willing to accomodate as much as they possibly can. The service provided is one of the reasons I still continue to stay with Acura. More

I dropped my car off for service on 9.20.10 and had a positive experience. My car battery died unexpectantly on Saturday evening. I was able to drop the car off and service was completed by 4pm on the positive experience. My car battery died unexpectantly on Saturday evening. I was able to drop the car off and service was completed by 4pm on the next business day. In addition to the battery, I also requested an oil change. Todd recommended rotating the tires, changing the fluid on the rear wheel drive as well. Overall good experience. I like having a ride to the mall while I'm waiting. The two drivers yesterday were good drivers and pleasant to be around. The first was Jimmie and has been my driver before and I can't remember the name of the driver that picked me up at the mall. My service rep Todd was very pleasant as well. I did appreciate that he noticed that the tires should be rotated. Safety is important to me and I appreciate that he took the time to look over my car. Everything was completed in a very short time and Todd gave me a call right away. I was picked up quickly at the mall which is nice also. Paying was fast as well and Todd explained everything about my bill. More
