The navigation system in my TL was no longer accurate. I had the option of having it refurbished or purchasing a new system. On the first attempt to install the refurbished system the unit failed so the sy had the option of having it refurbished or purchasing a new system. On the first attempt to install the refurbished system the unit failed so the system was removed and sent again for repair. Repaired system was installed this week and is working great. I appreciated that when the system failed on first re-install it was removed and sent back without waiting for me to discover that it didn't work. The total charge was less than I expected. It was a minor inconvenience I suppose to return a second time to have the unit installed but I like feeling confident that the Acura is interested in having the unit work correctly. And the cookies are good. More
