From the time you walk into the showroom until you leave everyone is pleasant and professional in their treatment. We had leased a car from Patrick before in 2015 and received excellent attention so of course we returned to him for another vehicle. Also Doug in the service department is fantastic to work with as well as Abel Talbo. Also working with Virginia Trumbull in your Finance Department was a pleasure as see knows her job and how to make the necessary paperwork easy and understandable. My husband and I traded in our 2015 Acura RDX lease for a 2017 MDX mid October. Thuesday we got a phone call from Acura Financial that our 2015 RDX was late on the payment and would be reported to our credit in 5 days. I contacted the delaership and was asked for a day to figure it out. Friday I got a call from the GM thats the money had been wired to Acura that day... turns out the dealership sent 1 less payment than was needed to trade in our car! Today my husband got another call from Acura Financial that they had not received the funds! My husband called the GM today and was told he was on vacation all week, after he told me to call him if I had any issues. So what now??? My husband and I have to amke this payment or risk our credit being destroyed?!!!??? More

We have owned Mercedes, BMW, Infinity, and Cadillac vehicles in the past years so we have experienced other high-end customer service from various dealers. To date I have had my TL and now my wife’s MDX serviced at your location and our family experience has been top notch!. I said my family experience because my 8 and 10 year old boys love to come to your dealership because of the fresh goodies you have available, not to mention my wife will even come because of the Starbucks coffee. I come to your dealership because of my service advisor Brandon Bonds. He has created a relationship with me and I can trust his advice based on what needs to be serviced on my vehicles now and what can wait without compromising safety. He is very thorough, knowledgeable, and no surprise invoices on pickup. He always returns calls, emails, and text messages promptly. I want to add that I find it very convenient that he uses text messaging as it is direct and to the point without a lot of small talk on a busy work day. I also wanted to throw a shout out to the service tech who worked my vehicle as he went above and beyond by doing extra before delivering the final diagnosis of service needed. Christine at the front desk is always fast, efficient, and pleasant during check in and check out. I have to mention price point… in today’s society most people shop online or call in advance to get pricing before they buy. Acura of Tempe’s pricing is JUST RIGHT for the excellent service, ambiance, amenities, and staff. More
